The Platform

Control Point

Control Point is a modular operational control platform built by Xavra. It provides a single, structured system for managing the things that matter most in safety-critical and operationally demanding environments: assets, people, safety, and day-to-day workflows.

One platform, multiple modules

Control Point is not a single-purpose tool. It is a platform made up of modules — each one designed to handle a specific operational domain. You enable the modules you need, and they work together through shared data, shared users, and shared accountability.

This modular approach means you do not pay for or configure features you will not use. But when you are ready to expand, the next module slots in without starting from scratch.

Why it exists

Most teams managing assets, safety processes, or operational workflows rely on a mix of spreadsheets, paper forms, email threads, and disconnected tools. This works until it does not — when an audit comes, when a defect is missed, or when no one can find who signed off on what.

Control Point replaces that patchwork with a structured system where every action is recorded, every record is traceable, and accountability is built in from the start.

Real-world workflows

New equipment arrives on site

Register the asset in Asset Control. Assign it to a project or site. Set the inspection schedule. From that point, every inspection, defect, and status change is logged with who did it and when.

PPE issued to a new starter

Record the PPE items issued, link them to the person, and set replacement or return dates. When the PPE module is enabled, this data sits alongside asset and safety records in the same platform.

Preparing for an audit

Filter by site, date range, or asset type. Pull up inspection histories, defect resolutions, and sign-off records. Everything is structured and searchable — no digging through folders or chasing colleagues.

Audit and accountability

Control Point is built around the principle that operational records should be trustworthy. Every action — an inspection, a sign-off, a defect report, an equipment handover — is linked to a user, a timestamp, and the relevant context.

This is not just about compliance. It is about building a system where your team can trust the records, your managers can see what is happening, and your auditors can verify it quickly.

  • User-level attribution on every record
  • Timestamped actions across all modules
  • Structured data that can be filtered, searched, and exported
  • Role-based access control with configurable permissions
